really need help to fix this problem asap please

well i used windows 7 ultimate

and i have something weird when i open my browser and my 3d max suddenly it shut automatically

then i have this weird message

it shows system care antivirus

tabtip.exe is infected

wisptis.exe is infected

i can't open any programs like max, word, autocad, and i can't use system restore it's really geetting worst

any1 know how to fix this?

ive already used avira 2013 free antivirus to check malware or virus in my disc c but seems no use
