Hi everybody

About a month ago i made an accurate virus scans whit the help of one of the malwarebytes volunteer. Finally i decide however to reset my pc to factory condition using hp utility.

I just reset my pc to factory conditions from about one month and i'd like to avoid to do it again. But now i have another problem

Unfortunateley I was installing daemon tools lite and i clicked accidentally on a wrong download link.... I immediateley stop the installation... but however my browser get infected.... mozilla had strange po up and i re installed it(managing to fix it, now it's running correctly)... But explorer now is still full of strange pop up.... I run ccleanaer and deleted all app data and temp files.... i run norton antirus preinstalled in my factory conditiono pc and it find a tracking cooky; so i fixed it.... but interent explorer is still infected. What have i to do? could i re use all the program the person who helped me in the previews post sent to me?

thank u very much!

Hi, pit: :)

We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

So, if you think you might be infected, please follow the recommendations in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A qualified malware helper will guide you through the cleanup process.

>>>Since each computer and each infection is unique, you'll want to follow the steps >>HERE<< and then start a NEW post in the malware removal section , rather than following the steps from earlier cleanups.

Thanks,

daledoc1
