If you're unable to run the requested scan simply make a new post in the other forum as requested and let them know. I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue. If so, I'm afraid that's not possible.Only members of the Malware Hunters group and higher are given access to those files. If not, and your problem is with permissions for downloading any other files (or other concerns about a possible infection), then please do follow the advice provided by forum Admin AdvancedSetup.
