Hacked Again 101

I should be used to this person or persons. I had bought flowers for mothes day for my sons wife, and it was a bad site, and when I tried to get my money back I got a email from someone that was not even involved that said Avast Support, not Wesleys Flowers. I knew I never asked Avast for a refund yet that person said, "Give me all the information and I will get your money back" lol okay?  Well just two days ago I watched my control panel icon appear in systray so I stopped what I was doing and tried to fix it for I never leave it there. I had Nero in a folder of unused icons but all of a sudden I got disconneted and when it rebooted by its self, Nero was now in systray where the control panel Icon had appeared and that was gone . Nero replaced it. Ok, It is habitual and now Google is pulling more fast one I assume .
