Will the newly acquired product Exploit Shield now Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit be part of the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware?

Is there any more information on this such as how it works? I read it doesn't use blacklisting, white listing or sandboxing. Also will the software update itself? As I was thinking of installing it on a few computers but would rather not have to install new versions as they are released.

I'm sorry but that still has not been officially decided yet.  There is good reason to keep it as a stand alone product just like most other antivirus companies do so that changes can be addressed more quickly if needed.
