i just bought malwarebytes. and my product key is not working. is there a way to call tech support?

Sorry you are having trouble activating MBAM PRO.

Please be sure you entered the info correctly.

If you purchased online, the ID and key will also be in an email from the reseller, Cleverbridge, sent at the time of purchase.

If you need to retrieve that info from Cleverbridge, their contact info may be found here: Why is my payment processed by Cleverbridge?

(If you purchased a boxed CD version, that info will be somewhere in the box, e.g. on the CD sleeve.)

Also make sure you are coping the ID and Key correctly...

the first groups of 5 digits should be the id.

XXXXX

or

XXXXX-XXXXX

then the key should be

xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
