I think what you are seeing might be explained by this KB topic: Why is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware blocking my antivirus?

TMALSS, MBAM is not actually blocking Kaspersky. Rather, because KIS filters network traffic, the IP block appears to be for KIS, but it is not.

It's actually the IP that is being blocked.

This IP is located in the Netherlands.

(FWIW I run KIS on all 3 of my systems with MBAM PRO and have observed no such IP block.)

If you think the IP blocks might be a false positive, then please read this pinned topic while waiting for the MBAM staff to reply to your inquiry about this particular IP.
