I beleive im affected...AGAIN

I installed and then uninstalled some media players that were hijacking movies i was trying to dowload. I uninstalled all of them and then the avast aswRunDI stopped working. When i ran HJT my PC wouldnt allow it access to the Host files and prompted me to go to notepad C:/ windowns\system32\drivers\ect\host bu when i tried to go there windows said it wasnt a correct path.

Step 1

  • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Go to Update tab and select Check for Updates. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Go to Scanner tab and select Perform Quick Scan, then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediately.

Step 2

  • Download on the desktop RogueKiller
  • Quit all programs
  • Start RogueKiller.exe
  • Wait until Prescan has finished ...
  • Click on Scan. Click on Report and copy/paste the content of the notepad in your next reply.

In your next reply, post the following log files:
