svchost.exe outgoing malware being flagged every 30 seconds by MBAM

Running MBAM Pro on Win 7 Acer box. Ran full system scan and 4 Trojans identified and removed. Upon reboot, malware is still active and repeatedly tries to connect to malicious website (traced to China by Whois). Ran RogueKiller after reading a post from someone with a similar problem. 3 svchost.exe processes stopped and 8 registry entries found...6 colored in red. Did not select delete, but after RK ran, mysterious malware problem disappeared. The question is: is my problem gone or will I need to actually delete some/all of these found entries? I Have no Email from this computer (kid's)...hence the post to the public forum. Should I attach or paste RK Log?
