Need Help please malwarebytes will not install because of virus

Hi, I had avg running with updates and somehow some malware/rootkit/virus got by and its knocking down avg. Malwarebytes will not install. Spybot search and destroy wont install. Linux scan cds such as avira, avg, kaparsky, drweb, panda ect are not eliminating the threat. Malwarebytes chameleon fails to install as well with cocreate errors. I really do not want to reinstall. Can you guys help me track this bastard down so i can delete it!
