Newegg Malwarebytes purchase missing product ID

Poohbear, I also ran into this issue. In your NewEgg account settings page at the bottom left under customer service, click Contact Us. On the left of page under contact us click Chat With Us.

At this stage you can Click on Shipping then Other Shipping-Related Questions. Here you will have to give a short description of the problem.

My Description:

"Last night I bought the Malwarebytes software for download and only received the product key to activate. This program is asking for a product ID as well which was not provided in the email."

You will have to provide your order # re-type the issue once someone is on the chat system with you so copy it before submitting to speed up the process.

* They will want a screen shot of the window asking for this infomation (they refer to it as the error). I sent the Activate Product window.

I was told that they are aware of this issue and a help desk ticket will be opened. I will receive a response in 3-5 business days.

AdvancedSetup, These are legal copies of the software sold by "Your" customer NewEgg as a digital download.

It would be much appreciated if Malwarebytes could give them some guidance and education before creating this type of problem.

The information should be actually in the email but run together. Sales has resolved this with dsolutions.

the first groups of 5 digits should be the id.
