!HELP! this file contained a virus and has been deleted

Okay so im pretty computer litterate, ive done everything to this windows 7 32 bit operating system. Ive read thur post after post on google and tryed all that i could do (even some regedit stuff) ive loaded every uninstaller for every kind of virus protection ever on this comp and ran them, did scans in superantispyware malaware and avg and they all found nothing. striped the computer of all third party programs and am still getting the error anytime i try to download anything in ie 8 or ie 9 (yes went all the way back to ie 7 and manuallly updated all the way to ie 9 and am still getting the error with all my download in firefox and in ie. However on another note i can download in opera and it seems to work. But ive been working on this computer for over a week now and it is driving me crazy i cant figure out whats wrong with it. So im attaching a hijackthis log if somone could please take a look at it and give me some ideas of what else i could try i would be EXTREMELY greatfull thank you :D
