Fbi moneypak virus, windows says farber scanrecovery tool is not recognized

Have the FBI moneypak virus. followed imstructions to download farber recovery scan tool on a scan disk from a clean computer. Plugged in to infected computer, pressed f8, selected repair computer, them selected command prompt, typed in the letter of the disc followed by :\frst, it now reads "G:\FRST is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"

I am not sure how to proceed, can you help?
