Remote Support Option

I am the IT administrator for a company that has several location some of which are over an hour and half away. I also manage several computers for several friends and family, some of whom live in other states.

A remote support feature to take care of infections or other tasks would be a great help.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a pretty heavily flooded market with dozens of different remote support tools and is not part of our core product.

Not something we're currently planning on but I will submit it as a request to the Development Team.

One problem with third party remote support software is that most anti-malware software usually detects it as a virus, and if an exception is not configured or configured correctly, it will not work when needed because the anti-malware program as removed it or is blocking it.

If the anti-malware software had it integrated into it that would not be a problem
