Unable to turn on Windows Security centre service

Hi,

I am unable to turn on windows security centre service and the firewall on my McAfee keeps switching off. I have Malware Anti-malware (PRO) but a virus still got through. I ran a scan on McAfee, Super Anti-Spyware and Malware and malware found the following trojan msimg32.dll (Trojan.FakeAlert.RRE) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.Turned off the computer but still had dthe same problem with the secuity centre and McAfee Fire wall.

Can you please advise what I need to do to enable the Security Centre Service.
