iExploer moves soooo sloooww

Had only been using this new XP install for 2 weeks and now trying to navigate the internet is tedius. Right before this happened I started to install CCleaner and each page wanted to install quick search, blah, blah, blah, so I quit before it started installing but now ie is to a crawl. Hijack this below:
