malicious website protection not being enabled

I have the pro MBAM,however the "enable malicious website blocking" check box can not be checked. Tried couple of scans and Anti rootkit. I've attached the dds.txt and attach.txt files.

I am not sure if to install rouguekiller, tdsskille etc as advised in other members and try my luck.I like to keep my system clean...

Kindly review the files and advise..
