FBI malware Problem

I am new to the forum and basically not to tech savy.

I own a licensed copy of Malwarebytes pro.

I have been infected with the FBI malware for the second time.

The first time I had searched the internet and got help from

Malwarebytes with easy to fallow instructions and all went well.

I was happy to purchase the software thinking it would prevent

this from happening again. Sadly that was not the case!

I thought that if I started windows in safe mode I could run

the software and solve the problem. I could not run safe mode!!!!!

After checking this forum I see some solutions that are extreamly

technical. I'm afraid I will get lost trying to fallow the instructions.

Is there an easy fix???
