ajc01 Posted May 16, 2013 ID:680312 Share Posted May 16, 2013 my PC is showing i have this virusi am getting a blue screen very very oftenit will make remvoing the virus very difficult as i quickly get caught in a loop where i get blue screen and then it reboots etc - caught in this cycle and i can do nothingMalwarebytes doesn't pick it up and is now not working properly in safe mode nowAVG drivers have been removed - it is saying that i am not fully protectedAdobe is reuesting updates on a regular basis - although accepted these and have updatedspybot not picking it upwindows defender and firewall start up as not turned onvery concerned - pls help me remove this virusemailing from my work address - is there a patch or any software that will remove this virus and the process i have read seems very lengthlyThx. ajc01 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
