Download speeds very slowed, and routine pages loading very slowly.

Ran malwarebytes and got the attached png.

Tried the next step in your instruction page, and the program icons were not created.

Any further steps indicated?

Can't load your other forum. Computer too infected. Can you give instructions here?

Just start a new post over there asking for help. Someone will assist you. We cannot do malware detection and removal in this area of the forum.

If you can post here, you can start a new one in that other sub forum.

So, there's no need to start another topic there.

Please stay with him in that other topic until he gives you the "all clear".

Please be patient, as many of the malware helpers are volunteers, and some of them live in different time zones.

Maniac should be able to get you cleaned up.
