Help pls - Cannot run Malwarebytes and open IE

Hello,

I got a message early this morning, which detected malware, the fake antivirus, Internet Security 2013.

I've run Malwarebytes in safe networked mode, and then Hitman Pro 64 bit.

I could not open IE afterwards.

I tried rerunning these applications as well as run tdskiller, rkill, eset, and combofix.

Eset found 10 viruses even after running these other applications.

Anyways, I get a run time error 339 when opening MBytes...ieframe.dll or one of its dependencies not correctly registered...a file is missing or invalid when I try to open MBytes now.

I still cannot open IE, but can open Firefox.
