If you post them now, it will change the reply count in that topic from 0.

Doing so might cause the helpers to accidentally overlook your topic (they scan the malware removal section looking for topics with a 0 reply count).

Along these same lines, please be patient and wait for help there -- if you "bump" the topic too soon, it will cause the same problem with changing the reply count.

Someone will be along soon -- it can be a bit busy there, and many of the helpers are volunteers.
