Program contains virus and ws deleted

Malwarebytes is unable to detect this virus "program contained virus and was deleted" this happens for any browser and any program I try to extract?

That sounds like an alert from either Windows Defender or Microsoft Security Essentials. It gets triggered whenever you attempt to download a file that it detects as containing an infection. Since it's already been removed by your antivirus, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware will not detect it because it isn't there any more. If it's happening with every file you try and download from anywhere, then something is definitely wrong and you should follow the instructions posted by daledoc1 in the above post to get your system checked out.
