malware/spyware got me. Please help cant remove.

Hello All

I am another unlucky person that has been taken over by malware / spyware. It appears im getting the pop up adds in lower right as well as a little weird pop up that will follow my mouse courser every so often then go away.

I am usually on top of my malware protection.

I use :

malwarebytes

AVG

and tried combofix

However still having pop up issues and I feel my computer is running a little slower then usual. Please help.

My tech back ground is I have build comps but on the tech side im pretty noob.

Running windows 7 64 bit service pack 1
