IP-BLOCK 173.236.15.23, 213.163.66.4, 66.150.164.78

These IPs are being blocked, I think they are to do with Steam Cloud because I get this after quitting a Steam Cloud enabled game.

IP-BLOCK 173.236.15.23 (Type: outgoing, Port: 60874, Process: gameoverlayui.exe

IP-BLOCK 213.163.66.4 (Type: outgoing, Port: 60874, Process: gameoverlayui.exe)

IP-BLOCK 66.150.164.78 (Type: outgoing, Port: 60874, Process: gameoverlayui.exe)

I have asked it to ignore gameoverlayui.exe and it still blocks them and I see this in the log.

Yes I posted the first one before reading the sticky about posting IP blocks ,so I reposted using the format of the addresses in the title per what I read in the sticky.
