Root Kit Download

I am unable to download the root kit. I am using IE10 / 64 bit. It acts like it is working but when I try to save or run it, it gives me a 'cannot download' error message. I am posting this question because recently I have been hit with either a Parallels bug or a virus using some of their code. It blocks part of the internet. My only solution has been to unplug the router and hope. The scan has caught nothing.

If I understand you correctly, you are having problems downloading Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit Beta, it can be downloaded from => HERE, <= and you can download it using another computer and putting it on a flash drive to run it on the infected computer.
