Blue Screen VIDEO_TDR_ERROR AMD Driver Failed

Hi. When I try to go to youtube my screen goes black and then blue screen and then crashes and mini dump.

Can someone help. I have already tried system restore which did not work.

The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

Greetings :)

The first thing I'd recommend, assuming you've not done so already, is downloading and installing the latest driver for your video card using ATI/AMD's website.

The second thing I'd recommend is making sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed for your browser. You can check that by visiting this page. Make certain that the version it says you have installed is the latest version listed in the table on the bottom of that page for your particular internet browser.

Hopefully that will get you fixed up.
