There is definitely a conflict going on here I'm sure between all the different security software you have installed. You might also potentially even be infected but not sure at this time.

You need to choose which antivirus product you want to use and fully uninstall the other one.

McAfee Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware

Microsoft Security Essentials

Trend Micro antimalware

You should also uninstall ALL version of Java - but I'll let a helper assist you further.

Java 7 Update 10 (64-bit)

Java 7 Update 21

Java Auto Updater

This product is not part of the McAfee antivirus package and should be uninstalled

McAfee Security Scan Plus

This is a very old version from Microsoft that should be removed

Microsoft Antimalware

Then once everything has been cleaned up a bit and using a single antivirus make sure you have the exclusions setup between your antivirus and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.

Thanks
