MB Popups to update each time I log on

I am running version 1.70.0.1100. Every time I log onto the computer I get a popup in the lower right telling me to update. When I click on it MB pops up and leaves me at the scan window. W\hat's going on here, anyone? This is Malwarebytes Anti Malware Pro
