opt content in temp internet files infected please help(Norton)

think i got the trojan by downloading flash from an ad that popped up . thought i should download it because facebook game , farmville said it needed updated. Have Norton installed, keeps saying its been removed, so I used their tool for hard to remove trojans, didnt work. Its in temporary internet files, i'm getting ads, and changed settings and crashes, not sure what to do next to remove this opt_content [1].js
