Trojan.Agent.ED - what do?

Unreasonable

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

Like quite a few posters, about 24 hours ago I ran a quick scan in MBAM and it detected an infected file:

Trojan.Agent.ED (C:\Windows\Installer\764ee.msi)

I presume that this is a false positive, however at the time I was unsure so I quarantined it.

I'm unsure what my next step is at this point. Should I simply restore the file as it may be required at some point?

I attempted to run "mbam.exe/developer" however it could not be found by Windows (I use Windows 7).

Any advice on what my next move should be would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Unreasonable
