Hi Everyone,

Hoping you can assist.

I have two devices which have are infected with a Trojan.Gen2 virus. They are both running Windows Server 2008 R2 with Symantec Endpoint Protection.

I'm really hoping that you can assist as it is causing many problems. Please let me know what information you will need to troubleshoot.

Thanks in advance.

Also, it seems as though the virus keeps hiding the folders on the different drives as well. I have identified the file, snkb00pt.exe that keeps infecting things.

I have run a scan with Symantec with no success. Trying Malwarebytes right now.

Hello All -

The MBAM scan did not produce any results.

Appreciate any additional advice!

Thanks in advance!

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
