Malwarebytes can't remove problem

Hi ! First post so be easy on me.

I have just started to use Malwarebytes. On the first quick scan it said it found a problem in the Registry.

"Registry Values Detected: 1

HLKM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\Run|64764 (Trojan.Agent)

-> Data: C:\PROGRA~3\LOCALS~1\Temp\msavtwauq.exe -> Delete on reboot. "

So I reboot and run Malwarebytes again . . . .it finds the same thing.

I reboot third time . . .same.

I went to Registry and tried to manually remove it and it will not let me delete or edit .

-Windows 7 Service Pack 1 x64 NTFS

-Malwarebytes AntiMalware 1.75.0.1300 Database version: v2013.04.12.12

-Administrator
