Continued malwarebytes pc aftermath

I was told to start a new post with my issues regarding the malwarebytes fiasco from earlier in the week. I tried the fix and some things are working correctly. However, I am still having issues with the following:

Missing dll files "objc" and "nscrt" for itunes and winamp.

Internet Explorer will not play videos and will not load all internet pages.

Windows meda player gives me "server execution error".

I had been talking to customer service, but they have not responded to me in two days. I have spent almost 300 dollars trying to fix things and still no go.

Do you have a errors.txt file after running the fix batch file? If so can you copy/paste the contents in your next reply?
