unable to get to windowsl 7 log on screen due to false positive

Ever since the false positive scan and quarantine I am unable to even boot my computer to get to the windows 7 log on screen. I get this error after turning the computer on in regular and safe mode:

The program can't start because cryptui.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem.

I do not have any recovery discs or CDs. Does anyone know a fix for this? It's as if malawarebytes deleted my hard drive.

I have the support desk help. They said there isn't a fix for this yet. I've lost all data on my computer. I can't run my business. Very frustrating. Losing lots of business.
