PUM.hijack.startup (yes its been talked about before,can't find it here)

Well i always get this thing on Malewarebytes.PUM.hijack.startup.What is it,where did it come from,what does it do and how do i get rid of it for good.I am tired of this.I don't know but in the last 3 yrs i have had my computer crash and had to reimage it.or like this time get a new hard drive.i just want a laptop that i can do regular things with if i get a chance.burn music,haven't been able too,photo editing (yes of me and my son) printing photos.documents things of that nature.surfing the web.email and online banking.things like that.well please let me know what this is.and really how i get rid of it once and for all.even with a new hard drive it seems as though its found my laptop again.thank you
