Flase Positive of Spyware.Agent

Got a phone call from my bank on Thursday to say my credit card had been cloned. I regularly run full scans using Avira Internet Security, and has always been clean, but today I installed Malware Bytes and it came up with Spyware.Agent located in C:\windows\installer\b70d05.msi

Now after googling this it seems to be a proper nasty ass spyware that contains key logging, and full reports of everything I do on the pc, websites, emails the lot. I cannot find any info on Avira's database though. Also, when I tried to delete it using Malware bytes, avira blocked "a suspicious attempt to access the registry" so I have no idea whether it has been properly removed. I just spent the last 4 hours trawling the web and cannot find any of the related .exe or processes listed on my pc, but I am pretty nervous now.

After posting on the avira forums I was told it was likely a false positive so I took the risk and took the file out of quarantine. Turns out it is the installer file for Microsoft Games For Windows Live... submission to VirusTotal (https://www.virustotal.com/en/) gets 0/46 result on the reported file.

Should I still be worried?
