Unable to install Malwarebytes

Hi .. I have 2 know issues with my system (widgi.toolbar and toolbar.facemood) that I was hoping that Malwarebytes could remove ... when I tried to install and reinstall (many times) your software I receive the message MSVBVM60.DLL missing from computer. Try reinstalling program to fix the problem.

I am new at forums but would really love to fix this issue so am on a learning curve here.... hope you can help direct me.
