Win32.zafi.b not going away

So I somehow got the win32.zafi.b "popup" and finally got my malwarebytes working by changing the file name.

I ran a quick scan and it found rogue.antivirus2008 (or something along those lines) and I checked the box and removed it.

Problem is, it is still promting me with the same damn error message about win32.zafi.b being blocked by my firewall (the fake error message reads: "windows firewall has blocked some features of this program" and then a bunch more), so obviously i still have the damn virus. I also cannot open any web browser, and a even my explorer keeps crashing. im running vista btw ( i know, its sucks, had no choice)
