Greetings,

Looks like I may have another false positive. Ran a scan on 03/09/09, no problems. Updated on 03/11/09 and ran another scan, MBAM picked up two files as infected. Alas, I have to admit that I freaked and deleted/quarantined the files. Updated again, found nothing on 2nd scan. Then read about the other FP's with this, read the sticky, and ran the developer scan, which also found nothing. I don't know if those files are permanently deleted or tucked away in quarantine.

I've attached the four scans - hope that's ok. If the files are desired (and able to be un-quarantined?), please let me know.

Thanks for your help and a great program.

Hi,

If you go into MBAM and go to quarantine option then any MBAM removed files after scanning will be held there in quarantine and can be restored from there.

If however you have deleted files from the quarantine zone then the files are long gone and nothing MBAM can do to recover them as you have instructed it to delete them.

The files are still in the Quarantine. Should they be restored? Thanks.
