Antivirus 2009 Cant run mbam

Same basic story. I cant instal hijackthis, spybot, malwarebytes, combofix or any other mentioned programs unless i change the exe name on save as. I managed to get mbam and hijackthis to instal finally, and now mbam wont run. Its not crashing or anything it just isnt reacting at all when i try to open it. Ive tried running it in safe mode, but that doesnt work either. I finally got hijackthis to run, by saving the file with a generic name.
