Infected with Trojan.agent and malware.packer

Recommended Posts

Our ISP has a cap on our bandwidth usage. They provide a free meter. We kept getting notices that we were approaching the 250 GB threshold. I was perplexed because for the month of December we used just 66 GB and all of a sudden, we were using 375 GB the next month. Today, I ran a malwarebytes scan of my system. It said I had trojan.agent and malware.packer. There were a few others but they weren't considered dangerous. Anyway, I had the software quarantine and delete it, and it wasn't there when I ran another scan. Since them, I have been on this forum looking into what more I might do. I don't want to have a false sense of security if there is still a chance that there is an infection. What should I do?
