Seneka rootkit, how do I know I'm clean?

Hi all,

My PC Tools Spydoctor Anti-virus detected and quarantined a rootkit called "Seneka", along with a few Trojan Virtumonde. I removed everything from the quarantine and searched for any files on my PC with "seneka" and found 2 more files in my temp folder. I erased these 2 as well. I ran the Anti-malware and Hijack This Log (see below) and do not see anything weird on my PC. My question is this: how do I know if I'm clean? Thanks.
