I got this computer a few days ago, and before installing any non-OEM software (other then security software like WinPatrol) I got this:

This must be something that Dell installed as my other Vista x64 box did not get this.

Windows Vista SP1 x64 on Dell Studio XPS 16 (good computer I must say).
