How to remove onlinefwd.com redirect virus

Since yesterday I have been infected by a virus, I can not use Firefox and Internet explorer effectively. Every time I am visiting a web-site I am being redirected to the following webpage:

I have Run Malwarebyte, checked my AVG anti virus, I have even run Anvi Add Blocker. I have checked the Installed programs, checked under the Task Manager and the Registry Editor, and I have not been able to find the virus and remove it. Cannot use the computer for browsing the net. Can someone help me please?
