I use the www.overplay.net "SmartDNS" service to be able to watch Netflix US from outside the US. It also enables me to for example watch the BBC iPlayer service and a lot of outer country's geo-blocked streaming services.

It requires me to replace my DNS server addresses with their addresses, essentially giving me fake IP-addresses for some domain names.

Yesterday I found out that you block their IP address in Sweden, when I tried to go to the homepage of the Swedish National Broadcaster www.svt.se

This is what the log file tells me (just now, not yesterday):

2013/02/24 12:27:19 +0100 LAPTOP chran IP-BLOCK 46.246.111.35 (Type: outgoing, Port: 52952, Process: chrome.exe)

2013/02/24 12:27:19 +0100 LAPTOP chran IP-BLOCK 46.246.111.35 (Type: outgoing, Port: 52953, Process: chrome.exe)

2013/02/24 12:27:19 +0100 LAPTOP chran IP-BLOCK 46.246.111.35 (Type: outgoing, Port: 52954, Process: chrome.exe)

46.246.111.35 belongs to overplay.net, as seen on this page: http://www.ip-adress.com/whois/46.246.111.35

AND, as you can see from this page: http://ip-lookup.net/domain.php, www.svt.se in reality has the IP address of 194.15.212.133

Christian Andersen

Sorry for missing your post. This isn't an F/P. The IP is blocked due to its belonging to a Portlane IP range (Portlane are the ASN that owns it, and are unresponsive to abuse reports, until this changes, I can't take the risk of unblocking their IPs)
