I can't run Malwaresbyte or McAfee

My McAfee protection has been shut down, I can't run Malwaresbyte and my internet will not run on my xp computer. When I try to rum mbam I get the following message:

Run-time error ‘372’: Failed to load control ‘vbalGrid’ from vbalsgrid6.ocx. Your version of vbalsgrid6.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

I did get the chameleon version to run. It updated a driver and it was killing known malicious processes, but then I got the same error message as above. Any ideas?
