Cant get logs ,malwarebytes and hijack wont run

I can not run Malwarebytes, spybot , hijackthis etc...... I tried changing the exe file to a different name with no success because i cant see which one actually is the exe file in the program folder. I cant post any logs because the programs needed to run them wont run. I have ran Antivirus programs avira it picked up several trojans but it still does not work. When i try to re- install malwarebytes now it gets stuck at finishing installation and when ever i click on spybot or malwarebytes it shows an hourglass for a second then goes away. Right now comp stuck on black screen after i deleted one of viruses found by avira. So i guess how do i pull logs if i cant make hijack work?
