Outlook problems

Ever since I entered the key code, I can not send or receive any email. The error message said that "Outlook can not connect to my provider POP3 account". I called roadrunner and all the settings are correct. They told me to check with you guys. Anyone have a solution for this problem?

Please open the program Malwarebytes and then click on the Protection tab and uncheck both the "Enable filesystem protection" and "Enable malicious website blocking" which should turn the label to red to indicate it's no longer blocking.

Then try to access your POP3 email and let us know if that allows it to work or not.
