Possible Trojans?

My computer wouldn't start Windows and kept having issues starting so I ran McAfee Security Scan and it found nothing. I then ran Malwarebytes and 6 objects were found and deleted. While it was scanning, though, McAfee said that it detected and automatically removed a trojan. I restarted my computer and ran Malwarebytes again. While "Scanning additional objects" it found 2 more malicious objects. So I deleted and restarted again. I scanned with Malwarebytes again and the same two objects were detected again. This is the log from the third scan:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.70.0.1100
